Monu is operated by codebros design s.r.o., company ID 19971419, registered at Pustkovecká 363, 708 00 Ostrava, Czech Republic. Contact: podpora@monu.cz.

Monu is software for real estate agencies: listings and their export to property portals, enquiries, clients, deals, AML files and commissions. The contract for using Monu is concluded with the agency. Agents and other agency members use Monu at the agency's invitation.

You sign in to Monu with Google, Seznam or Facebook. You are responsible for your account and for who can access it. The agency decides whom to invite and which role to assign. If you suspect your account has been misused, tell us right away.

Data an agency enters into Monu or connects to it belongs to the agency. We process it only for the agency and under a data processing agreement. The agency is responsible for having a legal basis for the data, for having the right to advertise the listings it enters, and for meeting its own obligations, for example under anti-money-laundering law.

An agency can connect its accounts with property portals, Google or Meta. It connects them with its own credentials and the terms of those services apply as well. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side, but we will help deal with them.

Some features use artificial intelligence: extracting data from ID documents, sorting enquiries, drafting descriptions or turning a voice note into a record. The output is always a draft. A person from the agency reviews it before use and the agency is responsible for the result.

During the beta Monu changes quickly and a feature may be unavailable for a while. We back up data, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during the beta. We are liable for damage to the extent set by law. Where the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit or indirect damage.

You may not use Monu to send unsolicited messages, to circumvent security, to scrape other agencies' data, or for anything that breaks the law or the terms of connected services. If these terms are breached, we may restrict access.

We will announce the price and terms of the paid version to agencies in advance, before they start to apply.

An agency can stop using Monu at any time. On request we hand over its data and then delete it, except for what we must keep by law. The procedure is described at /en/smazani-dat.

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic and disputes will be decided by Czech courts. We may change these terms and will notify agencies of material changes in advance.
