Data Deletion
How to request deletion of personal data in Monu, including data from Facebook and Instagram. We handle requests within 30 days.
Effective from 15 October 2026
1. App users
Write to podpora@monu.cz from the email you use to sign in to Monu and ask us to delete your account. We delete the account and your data within 30 days and confirm it by email. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
2. Clients of real estate agencies
If an agency that uses Monu holds data about you (for example as an interested buyer, a seller or a buyer), the agency is the controller of that data. Ask the agency to delete it. The agency deletes the contact in Monu together with its notes, tasks, enquiries and any AML data it is no longer required to keep by law.
If you are not sure whom to ask, write to podpora@monu.cz. We will pass the request to the agency and help it handle it.
3. Facebook and Instagram
Monu connects to Facebook only on behalf of a real estate agency, so the agency can see the performance of its ads and receive leads from its own forms. Depending on who you are:
- An agency that connected Meta: in Monu, open Settings > Integrations and choose Disconnect. We delete the access tokens, the list of pages and the downloaded ad statistics. You can also remove the app on Facebook under Settings and privacy > Settings > Business integrations (or Apps and websites).
- A person who filled in a form in an agency's ad: your lead is stored as that agency's enquiry. Ask the agency to delete it, or write to podpora@monu.cz with the email or phone number you entered in the form. We delete the enquiry and confirm it to you.
4. People who signed up on monu.cz
Reply to the email you received from us or write to podpora@monu.cz. We delete your record.
5. Agencies that stop using Monu
When an agency stops using Monu, we hand over its data on request and then delete it, except for what we or the agency must keep by law (for example AML files for ten years).
